With over TWO decades of experience in medico marketing, starting her career in 1996, Anju has formed an enduring partnership with the Pharma Brand Managers all across the country, by being their media partners and providing scientific promotional tools for their Brand Plans.

Anju has been the backbone in establishment of Aramuc India Ltd. right from its inception in 1996 till 2016. She has to her credit of establishing entirely new division of Aramuc Group – “CRANIUM” and making it most profitable unit of Aramuc Group.

Anju has an excellent understanding of pitching the right input for the brand, be it an international journal / reprint / book or any customized option, which helps in positive way for the client, to establish his brand.

Yatin Jukar

Extremely hard working and totally involved in his job, Yatin has to his credit a work experience of over fifteen years in medical & scientific publications at Aramuc. Along with Anju, he too has contributed in the establishment of Aramuc India Ltd as a leading Medical Publishing company in the country.

Yatin was heading the “Scientific Press”, the third unit of Aramuc for over four years and established the division at the market place. With total dedication towards generation of business, he has good knowledge of positioning the products to his clients.

Yatin has worked with a large variety of clients in Mumbai.

Mayura Worlikar

Manager – Project Management & Client Servicing

Started her career in 2009 into clinical research, pursued her MBA and moved over to project management and client servicing in medico-marketing segment. Work experience of around a decade into healthcare and medico-marketing sector. She acts as a primary point of contact for clients and ensures client satisfaction with the organization's product or service. She has very good communications, interpersonal and problem solving skills with customer centric approach.

Efficient in coordination and completion of projects on time, can manage several activities single handedly. Sets deadlines, assign responsibilities and also monitors and summarizes progress of project from inception till end. KOL management and QC activities are flawlessly carried out by her. She is a strong link between the client and our MEDNEO team.

He is the most strongest pillar of MEDNEO – with an overall experience of more than 2 decades, he has immense knowledge about the in and out of financial aspects in the medical and healthcare industry. Reviews financial reports, monitors accounts and gives financial forecasts. He also investigates ways to improve profitability, and analyze markets for business opportunities. He prepares reports as required by law, regulations or company policies further, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and procedures.

He also heads the production team and looks after all the production activities and timely despatches and deliveries of consignments.

He serves as the backbone of MEDNEO – as he is the one who gives Strategic Direction to the whole team and focuses on performance improvement and transformational changes. He comes with a strong experience over 15 years in the respective field.

He has innovative offerings in strategically marketing our products and services which has helped in growth of our team and organisation as well. He has helped to drive a high performance culture and has used analytics to determine additional opportunities for the business to continue to grow; further, leading the strategic direction and has put major efforts which accelerated growth and profitability of MEDNEO. His analysis and evaluation at different project levels has helped in achieving our goals and financial objectives with customer satisfaction and appreciation.
